For those looking to reduce their intake of meat but still maintain balanced nutrition, we have a great recipe for you. This delicious cuisine also makes a great post workout meal!



It is as simple as whole wheat angel hair pasta with wilted greens and walnuts. Plus the ever nutritious and delicious egg.


Whole wheat pasta is high in B vitamins which helps support a healthy nervous system. Add in swiss chard for a power punch of vitamins and minerals. Rich in Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, these tasty wilted greens provide us with manganese, potassium and iron to help reinforce the healing of the nervous system. Sprinkle in some walnuts, high in omega 3 fatty acids to help lower LDL cholesterol. This wrinkly treat provides protein, fiber and protects the body with rare antioxidants.


Top it off with a free-range egg - packed with protein as well as multiple vitamins and minerals. Enjoy!
