Super easy summer recipe.
Use ground turkey breast, not just ground turkey. It is super lean so be careful, it'll get super dry. You can also use whatever type of burger you prefer. We just like to go for the leaner meats.
Slice up some fresh mango and red bell pepper. Drizzle with extra virgin, extra light olive oil. Add just a pinch of salt, pepper and cilantro. Let the salsa sit while your burger cooks so the flavors have time to meld together. Top burger with salsa. No bun needed. Nutritious, lean meal in under an hour.
